Little ones can meet Father Christmas in his cosy grotto, enjoy festive crafts, and receive a special early Christmas gift. Relaxed sessions with softer lights and sounds are available for families with additional needs.
For an extra-special treat, children aged 5+ can join Santa’s elves to make tasty gifts for the animals and watch them enjoy their Christmas surprise on the zoo tour. Every child also meets Santa and takes home a present.
Beyond the grotto, families can explore the zoo’s 11,000 animals, write letters to Santa, learn how he trains his reindeer, and take part in festive animal talks with fun prizes to be won. A truly unforgettable holiday day out for families of all ages.
