Children of all ages are invited to meet Santa in his cosy grotto, beautifully decorated in the Long Gallery. While waiting, enjoy free winter colouring activities before being greeted by Ken the Elf, who will escort each child to meet Santa. Every child will receive a special present and a festive chat with Santa Claus.
Recognised as ‘one of London’s top five Santas’ (Time Out), this cherished annual event promises joy, wonder, and unforgettable holiday memories.

Baby changing facilities in the toilets
There is one allocated parking space for Blue Badge holders on Highgate Hill immediately outside the House. The main East Entrance facing Highgate Hill is fully accessible with a button activated door. There is a lift to the first floor. There are two accessible toilets on the ground floor near to the North and East Entrances.
Accredited Guide dogs and Assistance dogs are welcomed in the House and the Lauderdale House Café.
