David Litchfield & His Merry Band of Bears

Southbank Centre

Belvedere Road, SE1 8XX

£6 - £8

Hear about the bear who found a piano in the woods and grew up to become a star at a fun-filled event with the author-illustrator and his Merry Band of Bears.

Part of Imagine Children's Festival

Join us for this musical event with David Litchfield, author of The Bear and the Piano, the winner of the Waterstones Children’s Book prize in 2016.

Litchfield tells the audience about Little Bear, who shows her father what really matters when his fame and fortune fades... While fame can be temporary, the best songs stay in your heart forever.

After this very special storytime, children are invited to create a piece of animal-themed artwork and listen to the wonderful live music that accompanies this event!
