What a re-leaf it's almost spring!

13 - 15 February, 11:00am - 3:00pm


Join us for another FREE Discovery Day this Spring half-term at the Hyde Park Learning Centre, our safe, fully enclosed site with toilet and baby changing facilities.


Drop-in any time between 11am - 3pm to take part in a host of free bird-inspired interactive activities including:


Following a discovery trail to learn fascinating facts about our feathered friends

Bird Watching in our gardens with a pair of our binoculars

Dissecting Owl Pellets

Crafting an intricate birds nest


Please note:


The activities are suitable for the whole family to enjoy, allowing you and your children to connect with nature together (and giving you the chance to find your inner child!).

Storytelling sessions will take place at 12PM, 1PM, and 2PM with all other actives ongoing through the day.

PLACES TO EAT

The Serpentine Bar & Kitchen, the Serpentine Lido Café, the Park Sports Café, and The Lodge Café at Hyde Park Corner – all serve delicious and sustainably prepared hot and cold food with vegan, vegetarian, and other dietary options. Every venue has outdoor and indoor seating, so no matter the weather, you can eat and drink in comfort. The park is a great place for a picnic! Feel free to bring your own food and drink to enjoy in the park but barbecues and any sort of fire lighting is absolutely forbidden.

DOGS

Dogs are welcome in Hyde Park but you’ll need to keep your dog on a lead in the Rose Garden and around the Serpentine Lake.
