Inspired by the joyful and transformative landscapes in our Soulscapes exhibition, join us at the family festival to explore landscape art and wellbeing and how we might better connect with our planet. You can have fun playing and experimenting matching colours to moods, learning, and responding to nature and how to look after our environment. Enjoy workshops trails and activities promoting sustainability and fun.
HoLD design - Textures of Nature
Linbury Room
10am - 4pm
Explore colour and textures of Nature in this quieter space with a relaxed approach to noise and movement, you are free to enter and exit as needed. A chill-out space and noise-cancelling headphones are also available for both adults and children In the Linbury Room.

Natural remedies - Earth Tenders

Earth Tenders will be holding space for communal natural remedy making throughout the day at Dulwich Picture Gallery, guiding you through how to create simple herbal remedies.
Workshop 1: Sow Spring
Craft your own seed packs filled with seeds that nourish our pollinator friends, with messages to welcome the emergence of spring.
Workshop 2: Grow Your Own Microgreens
Join Earth Tenders to grow your own indoor, nutrient-dense microgreens and sprouts and learn the joys of this accessible cultivation practice. @earth.tenders

Get deep in the landscape of Dulwich picture Gallery grounds, play with props form. Strike a pose and to communicate how do want to be seen?

Delve deep into the work of Hurvin Anderson, Che Lovelace and Christina Kimeze. You will play with shapes, texture, foliage, and mixed media to create your own unique landscapes inspired by the techniques and colours of these artists.

Inspiring the next generation through the art of puppeteering and Landscape. This workshop is geared to and inclusive of all capacities and levels.

There is FREE PARKING on Gallery Road, directly outside the Gallery.
Families are welcome to bring packed lunches. During nice weather families can picnic on the grounds. We do not have a designated lunchroom.
There is level access to enter the Gallery via the main entrance from College Road and to exit via the shop onto Gallery Road. All areas within the Gallery are all on one level. Prams can be left at the owner’s risk along the walls in the glass cloister.
Public toilets, including a unisex accessible toilet with a baby changing station, are located in the corner of the glass cloister next to the Linbury Room.
Breast-feeding is allowed anywhere in the Gallery, folding portable stools are available
The Café has a children’s menu and high-chairs. Bottle warming services are also available.
Step-free Access All areas of the Gallery are on one level. Please note, however, that neither West Dulwich nor North Dulwich railway stations have step-free access.
Disabled parking spaces are available by driving through the Gallery gates on Gallery Road into the parking area.
Toilets Public toilets, including a unisex accessible toilet, are located in the corner of the glass cloister next to the Linbury Room.
Folding portable stools are available in the Gallery, please ask a member of staff for assistance.
We welcome guide, hearing and assistance dogs in all areas of the Gallery. Water bowls are available on request from the Gallery Café.
