Join the Little Feet teddies in the special exhibition Legion: life in the Roman army with other under fives and their parents and carers. The session will be full of drop-in art, craft and exploratory activities to bring the Roman army to life from 2,000 years ago.
There will be opportunities to investigate materials, touch textures, create models and be active. All activities will be inspired by objects in the exhibition and be suitable for all ages under five. So join the teddies and get soldiering!
This event is free to drop into at any time between 10.30 and 12.00.
You're advised to book a free timed ticket(Opens in new window) to guarantee entry to the Museum. Please note that you do not need to purchase a ticket for Legion: life in the Roman army to attend this event.

There are a limited number of on-site parking spaces available for visitors to the Museum who have a Blue Badge. There are self-operable lifts near the entrance. Manual wheelchairs are available to pre-book free of charge for your visit. Mobility scooters are welcome and permitted inside the Museum. Most lifts in the Museum are wheelchair accessible, have audio announcements and include braille signage.
Service, assistant and emotional support animals – including assistant dogs in training – are welcome at the Museum.
