This iconic story celebrates the English countryside, life along the river with the message that EVERYONE is welcome and that there is always time for tea. Mr Gumpy takes his boat out one sunny day with a collection of fabulous friends - how many is too many for a trip on the river?
The show brings the story to life with puppetry and song to introduce the children to the adventures of Mr Gumpy and the wonderful work of John Burningham.
The show will be followed by a workshop where the children will have a chance to unleash their own artistic creativity inspired by the show - drawing materials and paper available for all.
