The trail runs from Thursday, 28th November 2024, to Sunday, 22nd December 2024.
Father Christmas will also be in his grotto for a small fee of £4.00, with all proceeds going to support children’s homes during the holiday season.
Entry begins at 5:00 PM, with sessions available every 30 minutes.
The final entry time is 9:00 PM. While we recommend purchasing tickets online, a limited number of tickets will be available at the gate on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that children under 3 can attend for free, but their tickets must be added at the time of booking.

There is no public parking on-site. Metered parking is available on Bishop’s Avenue — Controlled Parking Zone Y.
The drawing room café is open daily from 9.30 – 16.00. The kitchen serves à la carte meals until 15.00. There is a large selection of delicious homemade sandwiches and salads, freshly baked pastries, bakes, snacks and hot and cold drinks.
Baby changing facilities are located in the east courtyard and chapel corridor.
An accessible parking bay for blue badge holders only is located within the gated car park.
Public areas including the museum, historic rooms, education centre, café and garden are accessible for wheelchair users and visitors with mobility difficulties.
The paths in the botanic garden are level and have a generally solid surface with a small amount of gravel.
There are accessible, unisex toilets in the east courtyard, chapel corridor, museum and education centre.
Guide and assistance dogs are welcome.
