Experience the magic of the UK's only floating puppet theatre, featuring a season of enchanting shows on a beautifully converted barge.

The Puppet Theatre Barge has been a unique fixture on the Thames and London's canals for over 40 years. This season in Little Venice features a variety of traditional and contemporary puppetry including 'The Town Mouse & The Country Mouse', 'The Enormous Turnip', and 'The Ugly Duckling'.

The intimate theatre offers a captivating atmosphere where stories come to life through expert puppetry, lighting, and sound, providing an unforgettable cultural experience for children and adults alike.

On Saturday & Sundays (and Bank Holidays), you are free to park in any of the bays or the single yellow lines on Blomfield Road. At other times, there are Westminster Pay-to-Park bays on Blomfield Road and Warwick Avenue (3min walk).

Refreshments (tea, coffee, biscuits and fruit) served at the interval. There are several restaurants and pubs around.

FAMILY FACILITIES

Scooters and buggies can be stored on deck at the owners’ risk. There is a boat toilet on the barge.

ACCESSIBILITY

Unfortunately there is no wheelchair access. Relaxed performances on the barge are designed to cater for any adults or children who may not be able to cope when sitting through a full length show.
