Santa welcomes you to our festive Grotto. It’s time to get into the Christmas spirit! Experience our Sailortown gallery, transformed with festive decorations.

Find Santa in his grotto and receive a festive gift. You can even take a photo to capture the moment as personal photography is now permitted!

Each morning children with autistic spectrum conditions will have the chance to meet Santa in a quiet, calm and relaxed environment.

Please check availability and book in advance to avoid disappointment.

There is full physical access to all public areas of the museum, including galleries, classrooms, shop, café and theatre. If you have any requirements, please ask the Visitor Hosts at the Information Desk on arrival. The museum has original floorboards which are uneven in places
