There is buggy parking available on our Ground Floor. We do not allow buggies and pushchairs in any of our storytelling or play areas.
There are blue badge holder bays in the immediate vicinity of Discover on Bridge Terrace, off Bridge Road, which are clearly marked. Discover is wheelchair accessible, with step-free access to all entrances and a lift serving all floors. An accessible toilet is available on each floor.
Assistance dogs are welcome at Discover.

The first 1 hour 15 minutes is spent playing in the Story Worlds and Garden, then it’s off to the immersive exhibition (45 Mins). Then up to Hootah’s room to grab a snack box, light the birthday candles and sing happy birthday (45 mins). After this, there will still be 30 minutes of playtime in your favourite Story World before meeting the birthday child at Reception to give out party bags.
