This Halloween event will have visitors taking part in a number of fun Halloween activities throughout the Gardens.
Halloween Games
Completing exciting Halloween games such as ‘Hungry Ghosts, ‘Hook a Pumpkin’, ‘Pumpkin Putting’ and ‘What’s in the Box’ in Knebworth Gardens will earn visitors stamps on their Pumpkin Passport. Once full the Pumpkin Passport can be redeemed for a prize. The popular Terror Tunnel will also be back.
The Garden Terrace Tea Room
The Garden Terrace Tea Room will be open and offering some fantastic Halloween sweet treats as well as a delicious selection of fresh Autumnal soups and sandwiches. You can pre-book a Children’s Halloween Lunch Box and collect from the Tea Room during your visit this will include a Sandwich, Halloween Biscuit, Drink, Fruit, Pom Bears and Halloween themed colouring in.
As always, fancy dress for all ages is encouraged at this event.
Tickets to the Halloween Adventure includes access to Knebworth Gardens and Dinosaur Trail. The Adventure Playground, Park and House will be closed.
A prize for every paying child can be collected at the end of your visit at the Gift Shop.
This Halloween event will be suitable for little pumpkins aged 3 – 10, and will not be too spooky or frightening.

There is abundant parking, which is free of charge. You may choose to park at the Adventure Playground or in front of the Barns for access to the House and Gardens. On special event days parking locations will vary. Accessible Parking is located outside the Garden Entrance.

Garden Terrace Tea Room - Enjoy a refreshment alongside our seasonally-designed menu with daily specials, which includes fresh salads, delicious cakes and a variety of lunch options for the whole family.
Accessible car parking spaces are provided for those in need at both the playground and the barns car park. The historic House, unfortunately, lacks a lift to access the first floor. Nevertheless, visitors can explore Knebworth's rich history on the ground floor. Wheelchair users have access to the Ground Floor rooms, but it is kindly requested that pushchairs, electric wheelchairs, and mobility scooters are not used within the House or the Raj exhibition. Wheelchair accessible toilets are located at the entrance of the gardens, in the House and at the Adventure Playground.
Well-behaved dogs on leads are welcome in Knebworth Park only, and are not permitted in the House, Gardens, Dinosaur Trail or inside Fort Knebworth. Working assistance dogs may be taken into all areas.
